Due: 1 August 2010

Twilight - A period or condition of decline following growth, glory, or
success: in the twilight of his life. A state of ambiguity or obscurity.

New Moon -The phase of the moon occurring when it passes between the earth
and the sun and is invisible or visible only as a narrow crescent at sunset.

Eclipse - A fall into obscurity or disuse; a decline:; A disgraceful or
humiliating end; a downfall

First off, let me say that I love the Twilight Series. When these books
first came out, I literally inhaled them; I read them so fast. But a quiet
revelation, has changed all that. As I have seen the deterioration these
movies have caused in the lives of people that I love, I don't like them
anymore. Sounds extreme? Read on.

Let's summarize the overall plot. There is a teenage girl, who meets a
family of vampires and falls in love with one of them, Edward. This girl,
Belle, initially is horrified at the thought of vampires ( creatures who
kill to survive); a natural reaction to something that is obviously evil.
But as she spends more time with them (the evil ones), her natural
compassion grows for them, and then she starts to make excuses for them ('it
wasn't their fault that they are like that', 'they don't kill humans only
animals', etc). These excuses justify her giving into her natural desires to
spend time with them, to like them. Then eventually these excuses and her
emotions creates a desire in her to be what she initially was horrified of.
The evil became acceptable to her.

On the other side of the lake, there is a native American family, that had a
legacy that if there are ever vampires in their area, their children, upon
adulthood would turn into werewolves to protect, not only their families but
all the people in that area. The sole purpose of the werewolves is not to
kill the innocent or animals like the vampires but to protect them. Belle,
initially was friends with Jacob, a werewolf. Then she met Edward (evil).
Jacob (protector) tries over and over to protect and warn Belle, but she
keeps choosing Edward (evil) over him.

Isn't that us in our Christian walk? We have been taught the difference
between the realm of life and the realm of death. We have counseled and
reached out to others to share with them the power of the realm of life and
the destruction of the realm of death
. Yet, in our moment of smugness, of
thinking that it cannot happen to us, we put ourselves in situations where
we are sitting right smack in the middle of the realm of death. We justify
to ourselves and others, why we are there ('I'm there to impact the
nations', "I am reaching out'). Only to look up and to realize that our
environment is not doing the changing but we are. We have begun to look like
our environment --- the realm of death.

Thankfully we have leaders, mentors, and friends who love us, so they try to
warn us and may even try to protect us. But just like Belle, we dismiss
those concerns and justify it by saying " They just don't know him, the
situation, etc.". All the while the truth (Emet) has not changed. Evil is
Evil. There are no gray parts in evil.

In the end (***spoiler alert***), Belle becomes what she despised and knew
as evil. She chose that because it felt good to her flesh and that
outweighed everything that she had been taught. And in order for her to do
that, she had to separate herself from all forms of good in her life (her
father, mother, and friends). And all the people in the movie theatre
sighs. "How Romantic!!" What!?!?! Didn't you just see what happened? She
chose the wrong side!! She chose her flesh over what was right!! She chose
the realm of dark over the realm of light!!! And you call that romantic?

19 "Now this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, but people
loved the darkness rather than the light. Why? Because their actions were
wicked. 20 For everyone who does evil things hates the light and avoids it,
so that his actions won't be exposed. 21 But everyone who does what is true
comes to the light, so that all may see that his actions are accomplished
through God." (John 3:19-21, CJB)

So how did Belle miss this? How do we miss it sometimes as well? Open Door.
Belle entertained evil. She was overconfident in her ability to withstand
evil. She forgot that evil understood what her deepest desires were (to be
loved and accepted), and with that it had an open door to her life.
Believers are like that as well, I am like that. I have put myself in
situations that I think I can handle, but I did not realize that I would
have to fight my situation AND my flesh..
. And the next thing I know, I look
up and I am sinking in the same pit of sin that I was to supposed to help
others out of.

Think about it; would Belle been as interested in Edward if she was in a relationship with someone else? Only if she did not value that relationship
very much. Yet we are. Our relationship with G'D should surpass any other
earthly relationship. And why shouldn't it?
He fulfills all of our needs, He
protects us, He has plans for us that CANNOT fail, He never lies to us,
Infidelity is NOT a possibility, He loves us, and on and on. I can go on
for days to describe the love G'D feels for us, and it still wouldn't be
enough time. But this sums it up:

16 "For G'd so loved the world that he gave his only and unique Son, so that
everyone who trusts in him may have eternal life, instead of being utterly
destroyed. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the
world, but rather so that through him, the world might be saved. ( John
3:16-17, CJB)

Yep, that's me ---- I am on Team YHWH!

Davidic Dance -What about me? - Due 1 July 2010 PDF Print E-mail

Restoration of the Davidic Dance

Desk of B. Mike Floyd, Christian/Hebriac Education, The Remnant

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: 5And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. 6And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: (Deut. 6:4-6 KJV)

When those bearing the ark of ADONAI had gone only six paces, he sacrificed an ox and a fattened sheep. 14.Then David danced and spun around with abandon before ADONAI, wearing a linen ritual vest. 15.So David and all the house of Isra'el brought up the ark of ADONAI with shouting and the sound of the shofar. (2 Sam. 6:14 CJB)
Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. 6Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. 7Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. (Prov. 4:5-7 KJV)
He that refuseth instruction despiseth his own soul: but he that heareth reproof getteth understanding.(Prov. 15:32 KJV)
Smite a scorner, and the simple will beware: and reprove one that hath understanding, and he will understand knowledge.(Prov. 19:2 KJV)
Study:
We are continuing to press toward the mark and fortify the walls by getting knowledge, wisdom and understanding. We are continuing to enlighten the eyes of our understanding by reach into the crevasses and archives of Hebraic Dance to solidify its foundation. Much of the Hebraic dance formation involves circular or ring dance as well as the processional dance. One of the most popular is the Hora(Horah).
It is usually performed to Klezmer (traditional of Ashkenazic Jews). If you have ever seen/or heard the 70's Academy Award winning movie/Broadway musical "Fiddler on the Roof", the you probably remember the dance and song of "Hava Nagila. It is traditionally danced at Jewish weddings and other joyous occasions. Temani is a Hebraic line dance that is also popular.
One of the most common myths and prejudices when it comes to sacred dance, is society's attempt to exclude, forbid or intimidate men from physical expression when it comes to Christian worship. Carefully/prayerfully research the scriptures (specifically the Old Testament), you'll gain knowledge and understanding of some of the significant roles and duties of the Levitical Priesthood.
Even in the most paganistic societies and cultures have enough sense to understand the importance of involving the men in dance whether for war, celebration or religious practices? In 1st Chronicles 23 you'll find that after King David made his son Solomon king over Israel, David also began to appoint and establish the offices/duties of the Levites.
At this point in time it was the Levites who were in charge of the priesthood that served. Not only were they Levites, but they were all men. These men were in charge of and orchestrated the service of Praise and Worship to the people.
At this particular time in the Bible, the numbers of male Levites polled were 38,000. Twenty-four thousand were to set for the work of the Temple. Six thousand were offices and judges. Four thousand were porters (doorkeepers, maintenance worker of an institution or building). The final four thousand "Praised" the L'RD with the instruments that David made. That's (at the least) 4,000 "Men" praising the L'RD with instruments.
It is therefore safe to say if the men were:
Praising -Playing instruments-Music heard -Singing
You can best believe that these priests (these men) were rocking, waving, bowing, stomping and whirling. Then when it got really good to someone they would let out a shout, and some would do as David did leap/jump or even take off running. According to the Old Testament, in David's Psalm 149 & 150 the people were exhorted to praise G'D.
When you look at many of the native cultures in 3rd world countries or even the American Indians even the men of these cultures have the security within them and reverence to worship in the dance. They are merely exhibiting praise and worship through dance with much of the same reverence as the Levitical Priests. They are unashamed with an understanding of Sacred Reverence Adoration and Acknowledgement through dance.
In the song "Not Just Knee Deep" by R&B artist George Clinton (of Parliament/Funkadelic) the lyrics says something profound about the affect of music-its beats and the affect on our spirit and soul. The lyrics often assist the music to take us to a place:
Something about the music, she always makes me dance -Something about the music, she always makes me dance -Something about the music
...........................................
Ants in my pants and I need to dance -I got ants in my pants and I need to dance-Ants in my pants and I need to dance-Ants in my pants and I need to dance-Now get on up
And still today there is something about the music (good, bad or indifference). Ultimately for the priests and the congregants during the Levitical period of King David (before and after him), the music enhanced their desire to reverence and worship of G'D physically. Some of the most common types of praise are:
Questions:
1.YADAH (Worship with the extended hand, in adoration)- Scriptures: Gen. 29:35, 2 Chron. 7:6, 20:21, Psalms 9:1, 28:7, Psalms 33:2, 42:5,11, 49:18, Isaiah 12:1 - What can Sacred Dancers do to demonstrate this clearly to the non-seeing person?
2. TEHILLAH (A hum, to sing) from the heart, unrehearsed) - Scripture: Psalms 22:3, 34:1, 40:3, 66:2, 2 Chronicles 20:22 - When does this sound show up in Sacred Dance?
3. BARAK (To kneel or bow) - Scripture: Psalm 103 What could this mean to someone without legs, how would you teach them to kneel?
4.HALAL (To celebrate, boast, shine, act like a madman) Scripture: 1 Chron. 16:4, 23:5,30, 25:3, 29:13, Neh. 12:24 -When do we lose it in worship and what is control?
5. TOWDAH (Worship by extending the hand in adoration, thanksgiving or agreeing with)- Scripture: Psalm 42:4, 50:23, Jer. 17:26 -How could you hear be lifted through this demonstration of worship?
6. ZAMAR (Second time of singing Tehillah, to play a musical instrument, the praise that G’D inhabits) - Psalm 92:1; Psalm 150. Can the dance live with the song?
7. SHABACH (A loud adoration, shout -Scripture: Psalm 117:1, 63:3-4 What does it take to come out of our comfort zone to speak well of and shout with a loud voice?
Here are a few to add to our vocabulary:
RAW- KAD-(To leap, stomp or skip about -1 Chron. 15:29)
KAW-RAR-(whirl) These refer to David's dance as the ark was being brought into Jerusalem(II Sam. 6:14 KJV)
HUL(Whirl) Exodus 15.20
Summary: What are the details that really make us look at how King David worshipped? Was it his gratefulness or his realization of just how much he loved Adonai? How much do you really love Yeshua? Are you willing to forsake all? Or is that great conversation pieces for a religious belief system? Who are we with or without the grace and mercy? What will we become as we grow closer to His character? Would you agree we grow daily? Answer these questions with thought and study.

The Name - A Title: Better Than Riches! PDF Print E-mail
Nutrition for the Soul

What’s In a Name?

From the Desk of Lady Jo Kimble email: - 13 Mar 2010. Is it a covering? Or is it a disguise? Did you take it? Or was it given? A good name is more desirable than riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold. – Proverbs 22:1 (NIV)

What is a title? And why do we so eagerly take them? www.Freedictionary.com describes titles as A formal appellation attached to the name of a person or family by virtue of office, rank, hereditary privilege, noble birth, or attainment or used as a mark of respect.; A descriptive name; an epithet. From a biblical standpoint, a title, such as pastor, prophet or apostle was used to represents the mantle that was placed in that person’s life. The mantle represented a man’s gift, the call of G’D, and the purpose for which G’D had called him. As such, a title was not so much an office or rank as it was a description of the call on one’s life by G’D.
How did one receive a title? Most examples in the bible show only one way; they were called by G’D. What is interesting to note is where they were when they were called. Most were called into some special ministry after they had already demonstrated an ability and a willingness to work and where they had also shown faithfulness and loyalty.
A few examples:

• Elisha was working in his family fields.
• Moses was pasturing the flock of Jethro his father-in-law.
• David was tending sheep for his father.
• The Lord Himself was a carpenter by trade who was trained by Joseph

On the flip side, if a title is taken without a calling from G’D, it is simply a disguise. That person becomes an impersonator of what the title represents. They fool not only themselves but they fool the people who would follow them. Why would anyone chose to do this?

To answer this question, you have to look in the carnal world to understand the allure of titles. In the world, titles carry a great deal of respect. The bigger the title the more important you will be treated. In business, your title implies your qualification to do the job. So many people spend a lot of time and money, just to get 3 letters behind their name (i.e; CPA, MBA, etc), in order for them to get the respect of their coworkers and clients. In corporations, more employees are working for a title, more than they are working for money. Why? Because with titles, comes the illusion of power.

Somehow this mentality has been carried over to the Body of Christ. There are some who believe that if they have a ‘title’ then it gives them credibility within the Body. We have gone so far as to give ourselves titles that are not even used in the Bible. However, taking a title without the covering from G’D, will only makes you an easy target for HaSatan.
This also breeds the reversal of thought that if you do not have a ‘title’ attached to your name then you cannot do anything significant for G’D. So Untrue! G’D is not like the world. He gives all believers authority over the earth. G’D gives all of us a gift that is to be used not for our purposes but for the Glory of G’D. True, there are some gifts and callings, that titles may be attached to, but it does not make that calling any more important than the calling without a title.
Don’t get distracted (positively or negatively) by titles. As servants of God, we must ever remember that we are ultimately accountable to the Lord for what we do with our lives. God uses men and women in our lives to reach us, to train us, to challenge us, etc., but they are only instruments God uses to point or guide us in the right direction. We are accountable to one another to some degree, but our ultimate or primary accountability is to the Lord (Rom. 14:11-12). It seems to me there is an important principle here. One of the goals of leadership, is to help people learn to become accountable to God (Heb. 13:17).

1. Do you find yourself easily impressed by people’s titles within the world? Within the Body of Christ?
2. What title do you assign for yourself? Does it reflect your mantle? Or is it more like a disguise?
3. Review the list of titles below. Identify 3 titles that you can call yourself and briefly explain why.

Nutrition for the Soul
From the desk of Lady Jolyeane Kimble

Dance is an expression of joy in our lives. It is a physical demonstration of the interior emotion. G’D created us and we are whole beings made up of the body, soul and spirit (don’t separate). Our movements are designed to show forth the Lord within us and to manifest it visually for others. When we dance in response to all the G’D has done for us, in praise or worship, we are “dancing before the Lord”. This term was used in the Bible when describing how King David danced before the Lord with all his might as he responded to the presence and joy of the Lord that he so yearned for.

So if dance becomes an expression of what we have inside of us, then we must be careful what we are placing in our temple (body). What are you feeding your body (physical nutrients)? What are you feeding your soul (study G’D’s Word)? What are you feeding your spirit (intimate time with the G’D)? Whatever you are feeding yourself, that is what will be reflected in your dance.

Some may argue that it’s their gift or anointing that is being reflected. True, at the first spin, maybe at the second raising of your arms, your skills and even your anointing may be reflected, but what moves G’D and those seeking G’D is the reflection of Himself through your movement. If you haven’t eaten from the Bread of Life (The Word), you cannot reflect G’D.

The Tabernacle becomes an excellent model of how sacred dancers can prepare themselves to truly “dance before the Lord”:

· Alter – Salvation. Accepting Jesus Christ as your personal savior.

· Laver – Repentance. Is to accept G’D cleansings and establish holiness in our lives. Repentance is simply to realign yourself to right relationship with G’D. Why is it necessary? Because sin steals our intimacy with G’D.

· Candlesticks – Holy Spirit. The Spirit of G’D gives illumination to our relationship with Him. 1 Cor. 2: 9-12 (NIV) “but G’D has revealed it to us by his Spirit”.

· Table of Shewbread – Word of G’D. His Word feeds us continually. As the shewbread in the Tabernacle was made fresh every day, so is His Word every time we read and study it. His Word instructs us on how to live a life that is holy and pleasing unto Him.

· Alter of Incense – Worship, Intercession, Prayers. Only when you have walk through previous four steps can you truly begin to worship unto G’D.

· Holy of Holies – Manifest presence of G’D. Once we have walked through our own personal ‘tabernacle’, then we can experience a relationship with G’D.

All Christians need to cultivate a life with G’D that is growing and developing. If we are not growing, we will stagnate or die. The corporate, official worship of G-D’s people is a crucial and essential means G’D has given to help us grow. Think of the words of Hebrews 10:19-22 (KJV):

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; and having an high priest over the house of G’D; let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

This passage calls Christians to draw near to G’D through Christ since, even as Christians, we experience a distance between ourselves and G’D that only the work of Christ can bridge. We need to draw near to him personally and individually.

More to come…Salvation leads to our worship but our journey continues into evangelism. Are you ready?

Passionate Worship Let Us Recap & Remember!

Shalom REMNANT& Friends:

This past weekend was truly an experience of diverse cultures all gathered together in an Oasis for Worship. Friday morning began with a call to order and Worship with song. Remnant moved with the selections by the praise team and Psalmist and Teacher, Preacher and Mentor Rev Cynthia Wilson, PHD, but eventually ministered special selection to "Alabaster Box". All I can say is that, I don't think Clear Lake United Methodist will forget the Remnant (nor will we forget them) because G'D was glorified form morning until well after sunset.

Though much of the morning services were locked into traditional methods, morning/afternoon classes were filled with liberty and freedom. It was so rewarding to know what it is to have the liberty/freedom to worship in movement at the Tabernacle that would otherwise be frowned upon in many other settings; however, as is most often the case when Remnant moves in a House, a shift in the atmosphere took place. Each gathering was a continued reminder of the foundation of the Remnant as the conference theme scripture was taken from Rev. 4 in its entirety, specifically:

4And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold (Rev. 4:4 KJV)

The traditional mindset of many of the congregants and psalmists seemed to take on a different perspective in regards to the Sacred Fine Arts of ministering through dance. They expressed a sense of freedom and liberation that was felt in watching the Remnant as the atmosphere in the House was beginning to shift. Friday night's worship service proved to be a total sense of any worship restrictions were being lifted. The time and stage would be set when all who made the choice, would write down their cares, imperfections and issues so that they could dip the list into a bowl with the waters of forgetfulness. It was a time of having the weight of arrogance, anger, resentment, jealousy and condemnation to be dissolved, if you so choose to adhere to this call. As the musicians and the dance (with the Remnant) clapped hands with a sound of thunder, slowly some of the congregants began to rise from their seats and move into the aisles to Towdah (worship by extending the hand in adoration, thanksgiving or agreeing with).

Saturday morning began with the blowing of the shofar which was followed by the choir singing, Remnant moving and read of the traditional scriptures before taking communion. It was a different learning experience of their communion process, which was a more visual aid of how many take of the same bread from the same loaf and the same wine from the same cup by the individual's immersion of their piece of bread into the cup of wine. As with all classes where the Remnant is concerned, it still proved to be a blessing to the participants and the Remnant members.

There was an exceptional blessing that the Remnant received by all but especially an elderly couple (the Perry's). They were great-grandparents. Who would have ever imagined that the husband (who claimed to have three left feet) would step out of his comfort zone and move to music? They all ~Stepped into the Flow~ His wife also blessed us as she pressed onward in spite of her having survived three strokes, a coma and living with multiple sclerosis. She bravely rose up to her feet to move regardless of her being bound to a scooter for mobility. Amazing, simply amazing!!! They blessed me soooo! Sometimes we don't realize the treasures in our lives, and fail to appreciate them while we have them.

Kudos and blessings to Lady Michelle who continues to walk in humility and compassion. She was the leading vessel that G'D so used to welcome in others through the open portal that chosen select seemed to desire to step through out of their box (comfort zone) and into uncharted waters liberation to bask in for awhile. To members of Remnant who were present and in place, may each of our lives be more enriched with each of these experiences? To those like Pastor D. Nurse who stood in the gap and interceded, great is the Faithfulness of G'D for HE does hear and answer prayer. Thanks for being on the wall.

Regardless of what may have been going on in the world or their own personal lives, we all have to set aside a time for G'D. Remember we are not our own. Will you offer yourself as a living sacrifice, praise HIM and worship HIM? Continue to press through the tough times and rough circumstances. Stop, inhale, pray, receive and respond in obedience.

What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? (1 Cor. 9:16 KJV)

7.As John's disciples were leaving, Jesus began to speak to the crowd about John: "What did you go out into the desert to see? A reed swayed by the wind? 8.If not, what did you go out to see? A man dressed in fine clothes? No, those who wear fine clothes are in kings' palaces. 9.Then what did you go out to see? A prophet? Yes, I tell you, and more than a prophet.

10.This is the one about whom it is written: " 'I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way before you.' 11.I tell you the truth: Among those born of women there has not risen anyone greater than John the Baptist; yet he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. 12.From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it. (Matt. 11:7-12 CJB)

When reading the Book of Matthew, in chapter 11 we find that John is in prison. It was while imprisoned that his humanness began to surface with doubt and uncertainty. John sends two disciples to make inquiry with JESUS ( who was with the multitudes) if HE was the ONE (the MESSIAH). To answer this inquiry of doubt by John's disciples, JESUS responded that they should tell John of the wonders and miracles that they have heard and witnessed. Of course this confrontation in front of the multitudes would raise their eye brows and minds with doubt by those who heard this inquiry.

First the multitude probably wondered of John's credibility now, especially after his cries in the wilderness. They probably wondered that if John has to question JESUS now in the midst of imprisonment, then maybe JESUS is not who HE proclaims to be. John's adamant declaration of the ONE that was to come would be a bold statement that professed not only was he assured and unshakable of this proclamation, but also knew HIM. John's cries to repent and prepare ye the way of the L'RD probably seemed rather harsh and far fetched to many; however, he was steadfast and uncompromising with this announcement. Remember earlier in the third chapter of Matthew, it was John who reluctantly (not feeling worthy) baptized JESUS in the Jordan. Surely he knew then who JESUS was, especially after JESUS answered him that they were to fulfill all righteousness. This was prophecy.

15And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfill all righteousness. Then he suffered him. 16And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 17And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.( Matt. 11:1 5-17 KJV)

Knowing the minds and hearts of the multitude, JESUS quickly enquired,” What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind?" Did they expect to find a prophet adorned in glorious raiment? This was quite the opposite to John's raiment of camel's hair, a leathern girdle about his loins and his eating locusts and wild honey.

According to a well known first century Judaic parable and Aesop's fable of the reed and the oak, it is the reed that is planted in the water that shifts and bends with the blowing of the wind no matter how slight. On the other hand, the oak is firmly planted and rooted. The oak is able to withstand most winds and storms. There is no back and forth with the oak. The oak is uncompromising and planted with deep roots. It would not bend, but would be rooted firmly, and would have to be uprooted by a very forceful wind.

As a Minister of Sacred Fine Arts (like the multitude that JESUS spoke to) , what did/do you expect to encounter in ministry? Sunshine and a little rain? Days filled with laughter and no pain? Maybe an occasional blowing of a slight summer's breeze? Or possibly very little adversity with a pathway of ease? You may have expected every drink to be as sweet as honey, and ministry not require as much time, study or even money. Remember JESUS's cup was bitter; HE was the willing vessel and the Good News' designated hitter. On that night in the Garden of Gethsemane (JESUS still full of power), the disciples still would not pray even a fraction of an hour.

The world has created such a picture framed in gold, (perverted with rebellion, anger, selfishness and ignorance) that it disarms us from being suited for battle in both the natural and spiritual realms of attacks. Open portals through family, friends, group conversations, conversations on the DL and disagreements seem to be lurking in alleys and on the corner of every avenue we turn. These speed bumps can slow or even wear you down, but when traveling this road one must expect and prepare for them with the Biblical Map Tools and Armor that G'D grants us to fight, survive and endure with. Ministry and evangelism is a call (kaleo) and more than a notion to those who diligently seek effectiveness in HIM. With this call there are certain realistic expectations you will be confronted, tempted and tried with by both G'D and the adversary.

I am troubled, yet not distressed.
Perplexed, but not in despair.
Cause I'm a vessel full of power,
With a treasure, none can compare.

Persecuted, but not forsaken.
Cast down, but not destroyed.
I'm a vessel full of power
