The main organizer and instructor for the Majesty Sacred Dance and Creative Arts Conference at New Zion Christian Church is Praise Dance Ministry leader, Minster. Sukky Fagbohun; she has a heart for ministry and it is stated in her lifestyle, teaching and outreach. She continues to push this vision with power and integrity!
Note her heart: “I felt the need for churches to learn to seek their choreography from the Holy Spirit and not from the world. I also saw the need for New Zion’s praise dance ministry to move from the inward to the outward by taking sacred dance out of the church walls to other churches and the world out there”.
This is truly a statement and in fact Remnant’s relationship with this ministry was birthed long before time had kissed us. We stand in the gap and pray that Adonai’s perfect will be done. We say corporately, “Over-Take Us Lord”.
Special Guests Clinicians include, Minster Pamela Stovall, Monica Silas, Mime, Joy Hogan, Levite Patricia Hodges, Johnna Barton, Sheila Williams, Julie Jeffus, Jocelyn Richards , Lady Michelle Nurse, and More.

To God be Glory for any and all things provided! His Name is greater than all others. Our Names mean nothing without Him. As scripture teaches to give honor to whom honor is given. We can't appreciate our call or gift without pausing to recognize Christ Jesus! He is the strength behind all that we do.
Thank You Lord Jesus for your faithful walk and great example!
Jeremiah 3:15 (AMP) And I will give you shepherds after My own heart who will feed you with knowledge and understanding and judgment.
Ephesians 4:11 And His gifts were He Himself appointed and gave men to us some to be apostles (special messengers), some prophets (inspired preachers and expounders), some evangelists (preachers of the Gospel, traveling missionaries), some pastors (shepherds of His flock) and teachers.
Ephesians 4:12 His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s body (the church),

The Gospel Announcer's Guild-GMWA-Austin, Texas
A Time of Reflection, submitted Min M. Floyd, Houston, Texas
22-24 November 2008 Let us be Thankful!
What an amazing experience this weekend was in Austin, Texas. The Gospel Announcer's Guild (GMWA) could not have produced a more conducive environment for God to move. Eyes saw, ears heard and mind-sets were either strengthened or changed. The hearts of many were opened during the daily sessions and the participation in the nightly musical services. Change is a great word that describes this 3 day weekend. We all experienced the rain in some form as the Holy Spirit moved through the "Flow" and into hearts of those in attendance.
The Austin Chapter hosted this year's 18th Anniversary and it was truly a blessing. We hail Mr. Bill "The Mailman" Martin for his leadership and guidance along with all the other board members and chapters that were represented across the nation. We make special mention of the DFW Guild President Fitzgerald Davis and Chaplin, Bishop Darrell Yancey who were also present.
As our Friday and Saturday arrivals to the Hyatt started, we were greeted by both familiar and new faces. The Friday evening presentations began with Remnant stepping into a flow which ultimately led to us being the recipients of a "1st Place Award". Praise GOD for our (Sacred Art) teachings, obedience unto the Lord and humble spirits that have been shaped long before we arrived into such an arena. Even when the spirit of competition and bitterness of ignorance could impact the understanding of "True Sacred Arts" we all remained steadfast and unmovable. As this occasion matured it would not become the norm for those in attendance. On the contrary, the flow would become apart of the necessary rule. We assimilated into this setting; however, we did not conform to the mindset of performance.

Saturday was still an affirmation of teaching and understanding of what was received prior to our arriving. We know the challenge and the cautions that can crop up in this setting when embracing Sacred Fine Arts and Drama. What better way to be taught or reiterate a verbal lesson, than to see the Holy Spirit in motion? God was and is still in control and He continues to cause all things to work for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. As we all know, even though the Remnant was nowhere on the program, the "Christ’s presence" in us could not be shielded or go unnoticed by anyone attending

Welcome Back!
What a weekend, St John Baptist Church, Dr. Denny Davis, Senior Pastor and Minister Clark Joseph, Minister of Music hosted Lady Michelle Nurse and the Remnant. It was a time of fellowship and study. It was a time of reflection and redirection. Sister Angie Coleman, Director Team Lead/Choreographer and Asst. Minister Katrina Griggs, Sacred Dance Directors for “Ordered Steps”, opened their hearts and ministry to receive yet another opportunity to expand it’s borders. We all grew together and independently.
The core members of the Remnant, Simone Mosley, Cosondra Oliphant, Nicole Henderson and Chandra Hilburn presented mini series that focused on prayer, ministry administration and ministry communication alternatives. It was a time of laughter and tears as many of the members shared bitter sweet moments; moments of the past and hopes for what is yet to come. It is our pleasure to say how blessed we were to be the welcoming committee as this ministry returned from there period of sabbatical to feel the power and freshness of “the morning dew and summer rain”.
On Sunday, Lady Michelle and Bro Corey Smith would accompany the women of Ordered Steps, as special guests to minister there opening piece at the Nokia Theater (St John Baptist Church conducts one of its' Sunday morning worship services in that location). It was not only a blessing but was an overflow from the weekend. Someone might even say, "The Flood Gates of Heaven did Open", Barak and Brandy, we love you! Amen! Powerful ministry opportunity, the door for Evangelism was opened. Visit them at www.sjbcfamily.net.
