Ministry for Women by Women- honoring Mother Myrtle Washington

The women of Tabernacle celebrate Mothers. Our guest speaker for Mother's Day was the well defined teacher, mother and evangelist Mother Myrtle Washington, of New Horizon Bible Believer's Fellowship, Dallas, Texas. Each celebration Shabbat and Sunday was filled with teachings tied to the legacy of women.

Hadassah honored their mentors, Esther celebrated the youth of our daughters and the men reminded us of our importance to society. As we grow and mature the teachings and instructions of Yeshua drives us to the importance of mentorship

In Titus 2:3-5 the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things— 4 that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed

Could all these things ring out virtue? Proverbs 31 sings of the virtuous women and we pause long enough to honor so many of ours.Pastor Nurse and I would like to take a moment to applaud these wonderful, gifted, beautiful women. The best is yet to come.

Esther's Court: Renita Smith, Jolyeane Kimble, Sharanda Sneed, Temeka Wilson

Hadassah's Shine: Shaundale Mitchell, Anastacia Ikner, Rebekah Wade,

What are Queens Made Of? Is this You?

Will your life reflect the character and boldness of Queen Esther? Take a moment to examine the life courage of a chosen women for a chosen people! On this day, This morning let us celebrate the women of the Bible. Let us hold up their names, be reminded of their stories, and consider their significance. This woman is a template for success. She left a legacy that will ring in the halls of our minds forever! Queen Esther will always remain the one Biblical Figure I admire most.

Think for a moment! Why would a beautiful Jewish girl Esther miraculously become Queen of Persia, live to see a plot that was hatched to kill all Jews in the land? Esther's cousin Mordecai, He would then ask her to plead with the King to stop the massacre of 1000s of innocent poeple, She would be the one in a place to help "And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?" (Esther 4:14)
Queen Esther's cousin Mordecai's request was not so easy. We have all been there. History would show that - Anyone approaching the King unsummoned risked death if he did not raise his scepter. So upon agreeing to approach the King to plead for her people, Esther acknowledged her potential fate by responding, "If I die, I die." (Esther 4:16) Note this was only after she had fasted and prayed for guidance, wisdom and went in a "sold out state" for the cause she was "called" to. Again, is there a Queen inside of you?

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing[ her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.

Something to Consider - As we Prepare through Spring - Fall will Come! PDF Print E-mail

Please adhere to these Instructions!

In preparation for Hadassah, it is customary to set oneself apart for G'D, for intimacy with HIM (the KING of Kings). Avoid intimate relations after 12midnight tonight; however, prepare your heart for intimacy with YESHUA (JESUS).

Only the gold, and the silver, the brass, the iron, the tin, and the lead, 23Every thing that may abide the fire, ye shall make it go through the fire, and it shall be clean: nevertheless it shall be purified with the water of separation: and all that abideth not the fire ye shall make go through the water.(Num. 31:22-23 KJV)

Abstain from unclean things (no red meat). Take a cleansing bath (in Judaism this immersion in water is also know as a mikvah). Purify not only your body, but also your mind, your thoughts by meditating on the scriptures. Shut out the rest of the world around you. Resort to residing in a quiet place of solitude. Just as vessels were cleansed and purified so shall you be cleansed and purified. You're a vessel. . . "Blessed are You, LORD, our God, King of the universe, Who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us concerning immersion." ...The Shemoneh Esreh (The 18) is the essential component of the Jewish or Messianic Service. The process for the Mikvah includes a Hebraic blessing, translated it reads:
Leave all your junk, worries and troubles of the world outside with the world. Come step into a place of rest, peace, serenity and clarity. Come with an open mind and heart ready to give a sacrifice of self, but come with an expectancy to receive from ADONAI (the L'RD)

Wherefore come out from among themand be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing and I will recieve you. And will be a Father unto you and ye shall be my sons and daughters saith the Lord Almighty. II Cor 6:17-18.
Avinu Malkeinu, Our FATHER-Our KING bless and sanctify the hearts, minds and bodies of those that not only read this but will also participate and adhere to the words and teachings they receive during the Hadassah Experience.
