Our staff with their diverse skill set and obvious love for the arts have been selected to offer sessions that not only challenge the body, but also engage the heart of the worshipper. Urban or what some consider Hip Hop, Lyrical Ballet, Drama, Mime and finally a Sacred Workout; are the Christian alternatives. These alternatives are targets to physical fitness, health and wellness by living the scripture. 1 Corinthians 3:16-17.
